Sibi Ussan, the young nature photographer from Palaghat, Kerala, has been exploring Nature for a decade now. In his pursuit of Nature and the art of Photography, he has produced a wonderful body of work on insects and other smaller life-forms in the Western Ghats of southern India. His interests largely loom around the finer details of the organisms, exposing the unseen and the often over-looked elegance of the minuscule life-forms. His ardent desire to make technically perfect images is evident from the exceptionally detailed images, with outstanding control over the focus and light of the most challenging scenarios he is exposed to. PhotoMuse presents a body of Sibi Ussan’s macro-photographs produced during 2013-2015.
