PHOTOMUSE FESTIVAL OF PHOTOGRAPHY 2025
PhotoMuse Festival of Photography 2025, to be held in Thrissur, Kerala, aspires to promote and propagate photography as an art form, bringing together renowned national and international photographers, photo enthusiasts, students, art lovers, and the general public. Juried by an esteemed panel comprising Herbert Ascherman Jr. (USA), Michael Weil (USA), Aditya Arya (India), Deepak John Mathew (India), and Len Metcalf (Australia), and curated by Unni Pulikkal S., the festival features authentic exhibitions across multiple venues in the city, alongside engaging seminars and lectures on the history and art of photography.
FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
- Submissions are open to amateur and professional photographers of any age and Indian nationality.
- Participants may submit photographs under any theme or category.
- A donation of ₹100 per image is required for submission. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can submit.
- A donation of ₹1000 allows you to submit up to 20 images.
- Photo Stories: (Submit 6 to 20 images in PDF format, accompanied by text (under 100 words). A donation of ₹1000/- is required.)

IMAGE GUIDELINES
- AI-generated images, borders, signatures, or watermarks will not be accepted.
- The photo must be entirely your creation. Submitting photos taken by others (even with permission) is not allowed.
- Files under 4 MB are acceptable, provided they are of good quality for viewing. There are no restrictions on resolution or aspect ratio.
- Use any digital payment method (BHIM, Google Pay, bank transfer, etc.). Submit your photographs along with your name, address, copy of any Id proof (Aadhaar/ PAN/ Driving License) and payment receipt or screenshot from the same phone number or email used for communication.
- Your donations will be used exclusively towards the organizing costs of the festival.
- If your photograph is selected for the exhibition, you will be responsible for providing a printed and framed version of it. You are free to choose the size of your print and frame size. You are eligible to collect your work after the festival.
- By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to abide by all rules and guidelines of the festival.
